Microsoft is now introducing the “Paste text only” option as a Word keyboard shortcut for Windows and Mac, making it easier to paste text without having to manually remove unwanted formatting.According to Microsoft, the feature will implement the conventional keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + V (Cmd + Shift + V on Mac). An HP Envy x2 user (a Windows 10 tablet with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor) shared a screenshot on Reddit to confirm this change:

So far, a few users have installed the leaked installer and confirmed that it seems to work fine on their Windows on ARM devices (such as Surface Pro X).Īs Windows Central reports, the Teams installer (version 1.4) is called “Teams_windows_arm64.exe” and after installation, users should see Teams running as 64-bit (ARM64) instead of 32-bit emulation in Task Management.

While Microsoft has yet to make an official announcement, surprisingly, an installer has already been leaked on Reddit (via Windows Central). In a recent update to the Microsoft 365 roadmap, the company indicated that Microsoft Teams will finally get a native ARM64 version later this month. Until now, we had no exact idea when we’ll finally be able to run Teams natively on ARM64 devices. In August, it was reported that Microsoft would soon release a native ARM64 version of Microsoft Teams to provide improved performance and reliability on ARM devices.
